A flood can be a very devastating event. In both residential and commercial establishments, GARS has the capabilities to do the job correctly. Under these circumstances there are critical steps that have to get done in a timely fashion. Whether it is clean water, sewage water or toxic wastes; the results of not removing properly will have undesirable effects, including noxious gases, mold, mildew, and other fungal spores.
After the initial dispatch service, a trained emergency water damage crew is assigned to job site. This crew takes an initial status report of the site as well as the utilizes the proper resources to help stop the source of the water.

Everything removed form the site is carefully bar-coded, photographed and inventoried to ensure proper care.
Contents that are not salvageable are also tracked so that the insured can get the proper value returned for what they have lost. Any part of the structure that was removed will be replaced and the every thing would return back to the pre-loss condition or better.
